PLAYER NOTES

--C/G Leroy Harris finished up for C Kevin Mawae on Sunday and could get the start against Indianapolis. The choice the Titans would have to make is whether to put Harris at center or put him at left guard and slide Eugene Amano in at center if Mawae cannot go.

--RB Chris Johnson rushed for 69 yards Sunday and now has 1,228 yards for the season on 251 carries. He has also scored nine touchdowns. Primary goal-line back LenDale White has 15 TDs.

REPORT CARD VS. STEELERS
PASSING OFFENSE: A -- Kerry Collins had one of his most efficient games of the season, throwing for 216 yards while completing 20 of 29 throws. Collins hit Justin Gage for a 34-yard touchdown after the Steelers were offside, which gave the Titans a free play.
RUSHING OFFENSE: B -- The Titans gained 117 yards against the Steelers on 31 rushing attempts. They stuck with the run and were rewarded with a pair of second-half rushing touchdowns that helped put the game away.
PASS DEFENSE: A -- Five sacks of Ben Roethlisberger, four turnovers, including a pair of interceptions and two Roethlisberger lost fumbles and a breakout game from rookie DT Jason Jones, who had 3.5 sacks and forced three fumbles. That more than offset the 331 yards passing allowed by the Titans.
RUSH DEFENSE: A -- Pittsburgh averaged only 3 yards per rush, and several times Steelers running backs were stuffed for losses. The Titans limited the Steelers to 71 yards rushing, including 14 scramble yards by Roethlisberger.
SPECIAL TEAMS: B -- It was thought coming in that a big return or special teams play might decided the game, but special teams really played only a minimal role in the outcome Sunday. Tennessee's best special teams efforts came on kickoff returns, limited the Steelers to just a 15-yard average.
COACHING: A -- Jeff Fisher had his team prepared to play its biggest game of the season, and the game plans by both offensive coordinator Mike Heimerdinger and defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz worked well. The decision to go for two fourth-down tries in plus territory led to a pair of Titans touchdowns.
