Haynesworth was hurt early and missed at least a series. But he returned to the game and finished with two sacks before saying he couldn't remember much of the game. Coach Jeff Fisher said Wednesday that Haynesworth was improving.

"We usually take a couple extra days when you're dealing with mild concussion symptoms," Fisher said.

Defensive end Jacob Ford, who was hit while trying to recover a fumble, sat out with a sore chest. Running back Quinton Ganther (hamstring) and Vince Young were the others who did not practice. Young already has been ruled out of Sunday's game at Cincinnati with a sprained knee and a tight hamstring.
